CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise which may prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. However, as a courtesy to me and other clients, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellation Policy: Must provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost. No Show Policy: If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment without providing any notice, you will be charged 80% of your service. If you repeatedly fail to show up for scheduled appointments, you may be unable to schedule future appointments.
